Marie Weller Primary School is seeking an excellent, energised Teaching Assistant (full-time and part-time considered) to join our team to support individual pupils with high needs as well as assist generally with pupils’ learning in class.

The post-holder will be reflective, resilient, and forward-thinking, demonstrating reliability as a successful practitioner with a passion for fostering learning in children. Their resilience will shine through a steadfast commitment to professional growth for themselves and in nurturing the resilience of the pupils they teach. With experience in Early Years and Key Stage 1, they will bring a flexible approach, capable of adapting to both whole class settings and individual support. The addition of reliability to their skill set is crucial, ensuring consistency in delivering high-quality education and care. We uphold high expectations and continuously strive to elevate our provision for the children and communities we serve.
